Introduction
This 35-day Innovation Management Executive Mini Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to create, manage and implement innovation initiatives that support organizational growth and competitiveness.
The program focuses on creative thinking, innovation tools, innovation culture, design thinking, product ideas and innovation planning. Participants will learn how to generate new ideas, apply structured innovation methods, build supportive innovation environments, understand customer needs and transform ideas into practical solutions.
Through practical frameworks, innovation methodologies, case studies and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to lead innovation activities, improve problem-solving approaches and create value through new products, services and processes.
The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the innovation management concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational innovation challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
